Newsletter Number 1

SASHA MINI FESTIVAL NEWSLETTER NUMBER ONE
We warmly welcome you to the first Sasha Mini Festival newsletter! These newsletters aim to keep you informed of developments and tell you what you can expect on 15th-17th May 2015

First and most importantly: a huge thank you!......
to those of you who have supported this festival by putting your names to it. With a total of 31 guests, we will have ample opportunity to get to know each other, chat, look at the displays and workshops (and equally importantly, the guest dollies!) and exchange ideas, hints and tips. The aim of your hostesses - you can meet them below! - is to provide all the guests with a relaxing, informative and fun time in beautiful surroundings, and to make you truly feel an important part of the Sasha Community.
Your Venue
Eastwood Hall Hotel and Spa, Nottingham
This lovely venue is a country hall hotel set in beautiful and extensive grounds which you are free to explore (that's if you tear yourself away from the Sasha events!). You will enjoy a comfortable night's sleep, delightful food and elegant surroundings. If you would like to view the website for the venue, go to www.eastwoodhallhotel.co.uk.

Your Hostesses
Janet Myhill-Dabbs is a professional artist and lifelong doll collector, whose current project is the creation of a collection of 20 studio doll inspired makeovers of serie Sasha dolls (some of them are pictured above). This collection will be on show for the last time at the festival, before being dispersed to their new owners. Janet also makes a unique selection of outfits for Sasha and Gregor using high quality felt and knitting yarns.
Lorraine Tyler is a talented doll dressmaker using the name Muriel Makes, and famously, doll "Mummy" to Henry Holiday who is a much travelled young Trendon Gregor Dark who also has lots of Sasha chums to stay at his house!
